This exceptional gin begins its journey with the highest quality neutral grain spirit distilled from the finest Punjab rice. Using a traditional Müeller Copper Still, affectionately named "Odysseus," this small-batch gin undergoes meticulous distillation to produce an ultra-refined liquid with a smooth mouthfeel, allowing delicate flavors to shine through.
The selection of botanicals is a harmonious blend of Indian heritage and craftsmanship, meticulously sourced and distilled in groups to maintain the integrity of each ingredient. Master Distiller Julia Nourney, from Germany, has carefully curated a recipe that highlights whole fruit citrus harvested in winter, alongside more delicate botanicals like Nilgiri tea and Indian mint. This individual distillation method allows each botanical to express its true character, unhindered by the presence of others.
After distillation, the botanicals are left to rest, and no sugar, artificial flavors, or essences are added, ensuring a pure and authentic gin. Each drop of neutral grain spirit is redistilled, followed by a slow marriage of the distillates, which are diluted with filtered water over a careful 28-day period. This slow dilution process results in a more integrated and harmonious flavor profile, creating a gin that is truly exceptional.

Top up a cope (balloon) glass with ice. Pour in Tamras and your choice of tonic. Stir once or twice with a bar spoon. Serve with garnishes.
Add Tamras, Campari and Vermouth to a mixing glass with ice. Stir til chilled. Strain into an old fashioned glass over cubed ice. Garnish it with orange slice.
Stir all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until chilled. Strain into a Martini glass. Add lemon twist for garnish.
Add Tamras, Hibiscus cordial and lemon juice to a shaker. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with petal.
Stir Tamras, Vermouth and Fernet Branca over ice in a mixing glass until well-chilled. Strain into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
Stir Tamras, Vermouth and pickled lotus juice over ice in a mixing glass til well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve with pickled lotus root dropped inside as garnish.
