This Batch 5 has been matured for approximately 2 years and 7 months in Mizunara Oak, which retains the original spirit's flavors while adding an extra layer of complexity to the nose, palate, and finish. Mizunara Oak is renowned for its unique flavors and challenges in cask-making due to its grain structure, which can lead to leakages but contributes distinct characteristics not found in traditional bourbon and sherry barrels.
