Hibiki Blended Japanese Whisky

Introduced in 1989 as a tribute to Suntory's 90th anniversary, Hibiki has consistently earned acclaim as one of the most distinguished whiskies over the years. Initially presented as "a masterful blend of specially aged whiskies with a mature full-bodied taste," it is said to consist of 30 distinct component whiskies. Packaged in a distinctive bottle featuring 24 facets that mirror the 'small seasons' throughout the year—comprising the traditional four seasons of spring, summer, autumn, and winter, each further divided into six periods, each named after a seasonal characteristic like "Risshun" and "Risutatsu"—the inaugural release was a 17-year-old, succeeded by the 21-year-old. The 30-year-old variant debuted in 1997, while the 12-year-old was introduced in 2009.

Regrettably, the 12 and 17-year-old releases have been discontinued in recent times.
