Production Process:
Made from high-quality brown sugar sourced from various producers in Okinawa, along with Thai Mai (Thai Rice) White Koji, this Honkaku Shochu is single distilled under normal atmospheric pressure to preserve the inherent flavors of the base ingredients. Batch 1 consists of a blend of 3-5 years old Kokuto Shochu, aged in refill and recharred virgin American White Oak casks, adding depth and complexity to the spirit.
