- Nose: A sweet yet meaty dram with aromas of glazed cherries and cured salty meats. There are stewed dark plummy notes and chewy black wine gums, complemented by maple syrup and crispy bacon. The robust peat smoke adds a medicinal influence, while zesty orange peel introduces a brighter note.
